I greatly enjoy cooking and dining out and started this section of the site to share my culinary accomplishments (and maybe some abysmal failures) with the world. Sometimes I follow recipes, sometimes I invent things on my own…it all depends on how the spirit moves me in the kitchen. I'm also carrying on a raging love affair with my Wusthof chef's knife. Eat your heart out, Santoku.
If I can pass on anything with this site, I hope the one thing people take away is this: sharpen your knives. Religiously. After every time you use them. It will save you a finger one day.
