Seeing as this site is dedicated to all things fragrant and food-oriented, it seems most appropriate to stick a picture of my window herb garden on the welcome page. Fellow apartment-dwellers, join me in lamenting our lack of soil to till, mulch to spread, weeds to pull…wait a minute. None of that sounds very appealing, now does it? That's why I love my little container herbs. They are so very easy to please, and they pay me fragrant and delicious dividends. From left to right, you see: flat leaf parsley, cilantro, mint, rosemary, sage, garlic chives, and basil.
